The ideal candidate must be upbeat, compassionate, organized, and have a good sense of humour. This full time position (9am to 6pm), involves keeping appointments running smoothly and efficiently, handling phone and email inquiries, scheduling appointments and surgeries, preparing invoices and estimates, providing information to pet parents, preparing medications and demonstrating how to administer them as well as working closely with the rest of the team to provide the outstanding patient and customer care that our hospital is well known for.We offer a competitive wage, and the perk of working in a happy, healthy environment.
