*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage various front desk operations efficiently. *Duties* * Welcome and check-in guests upon arrival, providing them with necessary information about their stay and hotel amenities. * Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. * Manage phone systems to answer calls, take reservations, and provide information about hotel services. * Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details. * Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals. * Process check-outs efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction with their stay. * Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience. * Assist in managing front desk operations during peak times to ensure smooth service delivery. *Requirements* * Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. * Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * A friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
