The Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne, a CEGEP based in Montréal, is investing $14.5M in building a pavilion. The investment was funded by the provincial government. The first students will be welcomed to the building starting in the winter of 2026.
The Centre Auto Amos Toyota, a car dealership in Amos, was recently inaugurated. The new building includes a touchless car wash and car rental kiosk, among other things.

Vantage Data Centers, a data centre operator, is investing $500M in building a data centre on its site in Québec. This new centre will bring the total to four. Nearly 400 people will be working on the project. The centre will be operational in early 2027.
In April, the Office municipal d’habitation de Saguenay will start construction on 39 affordable housing units, including 13 for people with an intellectual disability. The project, valued at over $13M, received $6.8M in provincial funding. The project will be complete by the end of 2025.
