The Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne, a CEGEP based in Montréal, is investing $14.5M in building a pavilion. The investment was funded by the provincial government. The first students will be welcomed to the building starting in the winter of 2026.
The Ville de Montréal will invest over $24M in renovating the arena at the Complexe sportif Saint-Jean-Vianney in the borough of Rivière-des-Prairies—Pointe-aux-Trembles. All levels of government are funding the project.
The Saint Joseph’s Oratory of Mount Royal, a place of worship in Montréal, inaugurated its reception pavilion. The $150M project will also include restoring its dome and museum, as well as reconfiguring its gardens.

The three levels of government are investing over $300M in carrying out 27 projects, which include 889 affordable rental units in Montréal. The projects will take place from this year until 2027 at the latest.
The Centre Eaton, a shopping mall in downtown Montréal, will renovate its food court. The project is scheduled to be complete in the fall of 2026.
The Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux du Nord-de-l’Île-de-Montréal is investing $137.5M in expanding the Fleury hospital. The project is scheduled to be complete in 2028.
