*Job Opportunity: Inside Sales Assistant* We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *Inside Sales Assistant* to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical proficiency, and a passion for supporting sales operations. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a more advanced sales position for qualified candidates. *Key Responsibilities:* * Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and efficiency. * Assist the sales team by providing administrative and operational support. * Manage and update customer information in Zoho CRM (or similar CRM platforms). * Use Microsoft Excel and other software tools to create reports, track sales data, and analyze trends. * Support basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software. * Conduct phone presentations to potential B2B clients, promoting our products. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role. * Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal/written communication skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks). * Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms is a plus. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to make phone presentations and engage potential clients. *Growth Opportunity:* This position has the potential to grow into a more advanced *Inside Sales Role* for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills, performance, and readiness for advancement.
