We're ready to welcome you to a professional experience off the beaten track, where your talent and rigor will make all the difference!In this position, you will :Manage the entire payroll process (entry, verification, validation and issue of payrolls) via Nethris, UKG and SAP systems.Reconcile general ledger accounts for payroll, social charges, benefits and expense reportsProcess and track payroll adjustments (vacation, vacations, banked hours)Prepare and transmit government documents (DAS, Records of Employment, CNESST, T4, etc.)Manage and track employee benefits (group insurance, RRSPs, etc.)Prepare payroll-related journal entries in Excel and import them into SAPWork closely with the Finance and Human Resources departmentsCarry out various statistical reports and assist in the preparation of related files such as year-end reportsAnswer employees' questions regarding their compensation and deductionsHelp prepare salary and benefits forecasts and budgetsSupport and train managers in the collection, validation and interpretation of payroll data (hours worked, absences, bonuses, etc.).Participate in the continuous improvement of payroll processes and the optimization of existing systems.Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of payroll data.Can you see yourself in this position?
