Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Interior. Tasks: Prepare engineering designs and drawings. Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Develop and prepare design sketches. Prepare construction specifications, costs and material estimates. Prepare contracts and tenders. Estimate costs and materials. Complete documentation packages and drawing sets. Examine drawings for conformity and errors. Consult with client, engineers or production specialists to establish product requirements. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : AutoCAD Certification. Drafting (Architectural) Trade Certification. Type of drafting: Shop drawings. Presentation drawings. Computer and technology knowledge: Desktop applications. File management software. Project management software. AutoCAD. MS Office. MS Windows. Spreadsheet. Area of specialization: Project management. Drafting. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
