Record supplier invoices in the accounting system and file them according to the filing system in place; <br>? Generate checks and expense reports; <br>? Prepare and process employee pay every two weeks;<br> ? Solve problems with suppliers and answer their accounting questions; <br>? Maintain the company's supplier master file in the financial software; <br>? Produce monthly financial statements and maintain a financial statement support file and month and year closing;<br> ? Make repetitive entries and adjustments in the accounting journals; <br>? Perform bank reconciliation daily;<br> ? Keep the company's training activities up to date;<br> ? Maintain employee files (absenteeism, illness, disability), complete various CNESST files and perform follow-ups; <br>? Accumulate end-of-month financial and social documents and help quantify them; <br>?
