Whether you're based in *London, Tillsonburg, or surrounding areas*, we encourage you to apply. *Position Summary:* As a *Field Electrician*, you will play a vital role in the *installation, maintenance, and repair* of electrical systems across various projects. You?ll ensure the *safe and efficient execution* of work in compliance with the *Ontario Electrical Safety Code* and project specifications. *Senior electricians* will have the opportunity to take on *leadership responsibilities*, mentoring apprentices and junior electricians. *Key Responsibilities:* ? *Electrical Work Execution:* Perform all aspects of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair, including *wiring, panels, switches, transformers, motors, and generators*. Diagnose and troubleshoot system failures effectively. ? *Leadership and Mentorship:* Senior Electricians can take on *supervisory roles*, guiding apprentices and junior electricians while ensuring safety and quality standards. ? *Safety and Compliance:* Follow all safety regulations, conduct *regular safety inspections*, and ensure the use of proper *protective equipment (PPE)*. ? *Collaboration and Reporting:* Work closely with *Project Managers and internal teams* to coordinate tasks, meet project deadlines, and track materials used. ? *Inventory and Material Tracking:* Manage and track *on-site materials and equipment* to ensure accurate usage and reporting. Address any shortages with the Project Manager. ? *Care for Company Property:* Maintain *company tools, vehicles, and equipment*, ensuring they remain in *top working condition*. ? *Training and Development:* Contribute to the *growth and development* of junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices. *Qualifications:* ? *Education:* Certificate of Qualification (*309A*) as an Electrician. ? *Experience:* Minimum *5 years* as a licensed electrician (preferred). However, if you have the *right attitude and willingness to learn*, we are open to working with you to *enhance your skills and develop your expertise*. Leadership or senior role experience is an asset. ? *Skills:* Strong *technical knowledge* of electrical systems with expertise in *troubleshooting and maintenance*. Experience in *commercial and industrial electrical work* is preferred. ? *Safety Awareness:* Thorough understanding of *safety codes, worksite safety practices, and regulatory requirements*. ? *Leadership:* Ability to *lead and support a team*, ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met. ? *Communication:* Strong *verbal and written communication skills* to collaborate effectively with teams and project managers. *Compensation and Benefits:* At 3E Power Services Ltd., we value our team members' dedication and hard work.
