IT Technical Business Analyst Edmonton , Alberta Duration 7 Months Description: Project Overview Technology and Innovation requires Information Technology (IT) professional resources to provide a Senior Business Analyst for the project delivery of the Appeals Commission Case Management System to support the Service Delivery within the ministry of Technology and Innovation. Senior BA that will facilitate workshops, produce documentation of current and future state, produce RFP's and provide support, change management and coordination for implementation of software to modernize and enhance the business. Duties: Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings. Create business requirements, functional specifications and technical requirements. Create new business and technical processes and complete business process reviews/re-engineering for existing processes. Facilitate business process improvement sessions. Facilitate vendor and business workshops to translate business requirements- LocationEdmonton, AB
