<p></p><p><span><span>We are looking for a PFMEA Quality Analyst reporting to Operations Quality. In this role, you will be involved in product and process development through FMEA.</span></span><br> </p><p> </p><p><span><b><span><strong>YOU?LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:</strong></span></b></span></p><p> </p><ul><li><p><span><span>Manage FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) activities from design to production, ensuring that risk reduction activities are carried out correctly;</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Mobilize stakeholders by developing new approaches to concretize assessed risk and eliminate it at source (design modification)</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Prioritize risks and provide the necessary justification for their resolution. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Improve our processes to counter new production realities (logistics, mixed model, etc.) and ensure that they work properly;</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Initiate problem-solving, control plan creation and follow-up arising from the PFMEA;</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Implement risk monitoring processes,</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Innovate, provide sustainable solutions to develop and standardize PFMEA and monitoring practices, and position ourselves as a center of expertise.</span></span></p></li></ul><p><br> </p><p><span><b><span><strong>YOU?LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:</strong></span></b></span></p><p> </p><ul><li><p><span><span>Technical or Bachelor in Engineering or other relevant discipline/experience</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Two (2) to five (5) years experience in a preferred manufacturing environment</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>French language skills</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Proven interpersonal skills, excellent influencing skills </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Recognized for rigor, structure and autonomy</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Excellent capacity for analysis and synthesis</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Good analytical and problem-solving skills</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Open-minded and able to navigate uncertainty</span></span></p></li></ul><p><br> </p><p><span><b><span><strong>ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY</strong></span></b></span></p><p><span><span>BRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
