I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area. <br>Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions. <br> <br>I'm looking for an Accounting Technician for my client near Mile-End. This is a permanent position, in physical. <br> <br>Your responsibilities: <br> <br>-Validate, code, compile and enter supplier invoices into the system; <br>-Match receipt slips to invoices to be paid; <br>-Reconcile supplier statements and verify credits; <br>-Respond to various requests from internal stakeholders and suppliers; <br>-Respect company policy regarding payment deadlines; <br>-Issue cheques; <br>-Participate in computer system optimization; <br>-Make inter-company entries; <br>-Amortization; <br>- Analyze general ledger accounts;</p><p>Requirements <br> <br>- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) or Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in accounting and experience; <br>- A minimum of 3 years experience in accounts payable; <br>- Experience in retail (an asset); <br>- Intermediate Excel experience; <br>-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to obtain information from company managers; <br>- Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; <br>- Demonstrate initiative, discretion and good judgment; <br>- Demonstrate rigor and precision; <br>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; <br>- Proficiency in Great Plains software (an asset).</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
