*Company Description* 604 Real Estate Services is a strata management company that has been operating in BC since 1989. We are now looking to add to our team with a Sr Accountant to help grow our business. *Role Description* This is a full-time role located in Vancouver, BC involves participating in helping lead the overall finance team for our clients deliverables; including supervising financial activities, preparing financial reports (full cycle) and assisting the Finance manager and accounting staff. Due to our experienced staff that is already in place this role is ideal for a senior accountant looking to take the next step in their career. *Qualifications* * Professional certification such as a CPA or CMA is preferred * 5+ years of experience in a similar role * Strong knowledge of full cycle accounting and financial reporting principles and practices * Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling * Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills * Strong staff communication and motivational skills * Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn accounting management software such as Condo Manager are needed. If you're a strategic thinker, and are experienced in finance operations, we encourage you to apply for this role.
