*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Patrol Officer to join our security team. The Patrol Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, enforcing laws, and preventing loss or damage. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond to incidents promptly, and effective communication with both the public and law enforcement agencies. *Responsibilities* * Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect criminal activity. * Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure the safety of premises. * Respond promptly to alarms and emergency calls, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. * Enforce laws and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. * Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities. * Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations. * Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in detailed reports. * Provide assistance to individuals in need and ensure a safe environment for all visitors. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred but not mandatory. * Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and surveillance techniques is advantageous. * Familiarity with operating CCTV systems and other security equipment is a plus. * Strong observational skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and accurately. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations. * Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass background checks as required.
