*Job Overview*
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in handling phone systems, data entry, and maintaining a welcoming front desk atmosphere, particularly within a dental office setting.
*Responsibilities*
* Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
* Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring effective communication and phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records and files.
* Handle administrative tasks including filing, organizing documents, and coordinating office equipment maintenance.
* Order groceries and office supplies on a weekly basis.
* Book travel accommodations for staff.
* Manage courier and mail services.
* Perform binding and laminating tasks as needed.
* Maintain the office kitchen, ensuring it is clean, stocked, and organized.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
* Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and file management.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
* Knowledge of Acumatica is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
