Le MileBrook is a real estate project in Montréal’s Rivière-des-Prairies—Pointe-aux-Trembles borough. Phase 1 will be delivered in June with 355 rental condos and a Valmont fruit market. Phase 2 will include 450 housing units. For these first two phases, the project will cost $64M.
