Ray Junior Courtemanche, a real estate developer, announced that construction has started on the third tower of the 189-unit SKYBLÜ 3 Urban Condos project in Mirabel. The 15-storey building will include a gym, terrace, and an outdoor pool.
CLORIA Développement, a real estate developer, and its partners announced the construction of Cloria Île-des-Frères, which is a 135-unit rental apartment building in Saint-Jérôme. An Avril Supermarché Santé store is included in the project, which will create 80 jobs.
Habitation Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard, a retirement residence, announced the construction of a building with 31 social and affordable housing units in the municipality of the same name. The three levels of government and partners contributed to this $16.7M project.
The Centre de services scolaire de la Rivière-du-Nord announced that construction on a 35-classroom high school will begin in May 2025 in Prévost. The project, valued at $226M and funded by Quebec, will welcome 1,218 students in the fall of 2028.

Arc-en-Soi, a community mental health support organization, began construction on 28 social and affordable housing units for its clients in Rivière-Rouge. The project, valued at around $14M, is receiving funding from the three levels of government.
