According to Farm Credit Canada (FCC), demand for food and beverage manufacturing jobs in Canada declined in 2024 from 2023. In food manufacturing, job vacancies fell by 32.8% and employment fell by 4.7%. In beverage manufacturing, job vacancies fell by 21.1% but employment increased by 6.8% in Canada.
