The Municipalité de Sainte-Flavie invested nearly $5M in its new municipal building thanks to a major contribution from the provincial government
The Municipalité de Saint-Marcellin received $2.2M from the provincial government to build its community centre. Construction Albert, a contractor from Rimouski, is carrying out the $2.7M project, which should be complete in August 2025.
The Municipalité de Saint-Athanase is receiving nearly $4M from the Government of Quebec to build its new community centre. The funding is allocated through the Programme d’amélioration et de construction d’infrastructures municipales. The project is scheduled to be complete in July 2025.
Salle André-Gagnon, a performance venue in La Pocatière, will be renovated at a cost of $8.2M. The project was made possible thanks to contributions from partners, including $5.3M from the provincial government and $1.3M from the federal level.

The Unité de travail pour l’implantation de logement étudiant announced the construction of 155 apartments for students at the Université du Québec à Rimouski. The project, valued at nearly $30M, received $9.5M from Quebec. The housing is scheduled to become available in July 2025.
